A review of the US Navy’s annual warship construction program shows that Washington intends to significantly increase the production of its nuclear submarines.
According to this report, the United States plans to receive at least three nuclear submarines annually, a figure that is almost double the current rate of construction of these vessels.
This action comes at a time when military and naval competition between the world’s major powers has increased in recent years.
