India strongly condemns Pakistan’s attack on Kabul drug addict hospital
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs called the Pakistani military regime’s airstrike on a drug treatment center in eastern Kabul “cruel and unjustifiable,” and said it led to the deaths of a large number of civilians in a health facility.
The ministry emphasized that such centers cannot be considered military targets under any circumstances, and attacking them is a clear violation of Afghan sovereignty and a serious threat to regional peace and stability.
India described this act as an example of Pakistan’s reckless and repeated behavior in the region, adding that carrying out such an attack during the holy month of Ramadan, a symbol of peace and solidarity among Muslims, makes it all the more reprehensible, and that there is no religious or moral justification for targeting the hospital and patients.
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs called on the international community to hold the perpetrators of this crime accountable and prevent further attacks on civilians and humanitarian facilities.
