WhatsApp has unveiled four new features to improve user management and engagement in groups; these include permanent pinning of messages, sharing message history with new members, publishing exclusive statuses for group members, and filtering mentions and replies.
The new Group Status feature allows users to post statuses that only members of a specific group can see, and the mentions and replies filter displays unread messages that are directly related to the user.
