North Korea unveiled a wide range of attack drones, a new stealth aircraft design with integrated wings and weapons systems equipped with artificial intelligence, at a military exhibition attended by the country’s leader Kim Jong-un.
The published report states that the exhibition carries a military message to Washington and Tokyo and shows Pyongyang’s focus on developing new military technologies.
According to the report, the use of low-cost drones and the mass production of coordinated group attacks and smart weapons could create new challenges for the world’s advanced militaries.
These developments show that, in addition to increasing the number of military equipment, North Korea is also focusing on changing its methods of warfare and expanding the use of smart technologies on the battlefield.
