Yemeni armed forces announced that they had repelled an attempt by Saudi-led forces to advance towards Bab al-Mandab.
A military source told Saba News Agency that Saudi-affiliated forces suffered heavy losses during these clashes, and a number of them, including Saudi forces, were killed and wounded.
According to this source, the failure of this operation has led to increased verbal tensions and disagreements among Saudi-affiliated forces.
The source added that Saudi officers continue to push their forces to advance and repeat failed attempts, emphasizing the continuation of operations regardless of the number of casualties.
