According to published reports, Israel has received its largest and heaviest submarine from Germany; the submarine has arrived in the port of Haifa on the Mediterranean coast.
This submarine was built by the TKMS shipyard in Kiel, Germany, and is the sixth and last submarine of the “Dolphin” class.
The new submarine, with a length of more than 70 meters, is considered the largest submarine in the Israeli Navy and is equipped with 10 torpedo tubes.
