Asad Qaisar calls Pakistani medical council’s decision on Afghan students ‘ridiculous’
Former Speaker and current member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, Asad Qaiser, in response to the country’s new decision by the Medical and Dental Council regarding Afghan students, called it “ridiculous” and called on Islamabad to reconsider the decision.
He said that Pakistan is playing with the future of Afghan students with such a decision and warned that this issue will have negative consequences on relations between the people of the two countries.
This senior member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party added that he will file a petition in the Peshawar High Court regarding this decision and will also raise the issue in the National Assembly of Pakistan.
Asad Qaiser has emphasized that relations between governments may sometimes be good and sometimes bad, but the hatred that arises in the hearts of people may remain for years.
