Israeli Defense Minister :Erdogan’s policies are leading Turkey into a dangerous adventure in Syria

Israel’s Defense Minister Yisrael Katz has accused Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of dragging Turkey into “dangerous adventures” in Syria with his policies.

Following the Israeli regime’s airstrike on the Abu al-Dhuhr base in Syria, Katz warned that Israel will not allow any party to threaten the country’s security.

Meanwhile, Syrian Foreign Minister Asad al-Shaibani has said that there are no plans to establish a Turkish military base or permanently station Turkish forces in Abu al-Dhuhr, and that the base is being renovated for use by the Syrian Air Force.

Türkiye has also rejected the Israeli regime’s accusations about its military presence at this base and has accused Israel of trying to destabilize Syria.
