Four Afghans killed at an attack in Quetta

Three Afghan citizens were killed and another wounded in an attack by gunmen in the city of Quetta, the capital of Pakistan’s Balochistan province, according to reports.

The BBC reported that the incident occurred on Tuesday evening in the “Thousand Cross” area.

Khadr Hayat, deputy police chief of the district, said four Afghan citizens had come to Quetta from Dalbandin area of ​​Chaghi district to go to Golestan area of ​​Qala-e-Abdullah district.

According to him, while waiting in the Hezar Ganji area, the people were targeted by two armed men on a motorcycle; two died on the spot and two others were taken to the hospital, one of whom later died.

Police said the motive for the attack has not yet been determined and the investigation is ongoing.
