UNAMA welcomes Qatar Embassy’s consultative meeting on Afghanistan’s relations with the international community
The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has welcomed the holding of a consultative meeting by the Qatari Embassy in Kabul on the future of Afghanistan’s relations with the international community and ways to strengthen these relations.
On its X-page, UNAMA has appreciated the “continuous and constructive” support of the Qatari Embassy in Kabul to advance interactions and cooperation in support of the Afghan people.
The meeting was held on Monday with Georgette Gagnon and Scott Smith in attendance.
Zakir Jalali and Abdul Hai Qanet also attended the meeting representing Afghanistan.
Participants in the meeting discussed the future of Afghanistan’s relations with the international community and ways to further expand cooperation and interactions.
