Vladimir Putin announced that the current situation in the world remains unstable and the risk of conflict has increased in some regions.
He claimed that Western countries are openly talking about preparing for war with Russia and are using what they call the “Russian threat” to justify their militaristic policies.
The Russian President emphasized that his country is ready to respond quickly and appropriately to any external and internal threats.
Putin also said that Russia wants equal and indivisible security for all countries, and this goal can only be achieved through the formation of a multipolar system in international relations.
In another part of his speech, he stated that Russia’s nuclear triad is continuously being modernized and upgraded, and the qualitative development of the country’s weapons and military equipment continues.
