Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian has stated that Beijing firmly supports Cuba’s determination to safeguard its sovereignty and national security.
He stressed that China opposed any interference in Cuba’s internal affairs and called on the United States to immediately lift the blockade and sanctions against the country.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman also said that any pressure and coercion against Cuba in any form must end.
