Citing its own research, the CNN Network reported that at least 16 US military bases in the Middle East have been damaged or rendered unusable following attacks attributed to Iran.
According to the report, this figure includes a significant portion of US military installations in the region and could affect the country’s operational capacity.
Meanwhile, Al-Udeid Air Base was also listed as a target, and according to the report, its air traffic control center, which is responsible for managing the airspace of 21 countries, was targeted twice.
However, US officials have not yet fully confirmed these claims, and further details about the extent of the damage have not been released.
