Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has called on officials and citizens of his country to strengthen the spirit of friendship and brotherhood with the people of Afghanistan.
At a meeting in Tashkent, he emphasized the strategic importance of bilateral cooperation and described the Afghan people as hardworking and with a rich culture.
The President of Uzbekistan has also stated that a strong partnership between the two countries is beneficial to both sides and can pave the way for joint economic growth.
He added that the efforts and perseverance of the Afghan people provide important opportunities for developing economic cooperation and expanding regional relations.
