Amir Khan Mottaki: The recent talks was positive between Afghanistan and Pakistan in China
Amir Khan Mottaqi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, positively assessed the recent talks between Kabul and Islamabad in China at the graduation ceremony of the sixth specialized course of the Diplomacy Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He said the talks were held in Urumqi between Afghanistan and Pakistan and could be effective in improving relations between the two countries.
Mr. Mottaqi emphasized that it is the responsibility of diplomats to deal with major and sensitive issues between two neighboring and Islamic countries with caution and to properly understand national interests and harms.
He has called on politicians, scholars, professors, writers, and media activists to refrain from “irresponsible” dealings with sensitive issues between the two countries.
