In another claim, US President Donald Trump announced that Vice President Jeddah Vance and the country’s negotiating team are heading to Pakistan and will arrive in Islamabad in the coming hours.
Trump added that he is prepared to meet with Iranian officials if success is achieved.
These claims come as Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghai emphasized on Monday, April 11, that Iran has no plans to participate in the planned talks with the United States.
Baqaei: He said Iran will not accept any deadline and will respond forcefully to any American and Israeli adventurism.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman added that while claiming diplomacy, the United States is engaging in behaviors that do not indicate seriousness in pursuing the diplomatic process, and that Iran will carefully decide on the continuation of the path, taking into account its national interests.
It is worth noting that the first round of Iran-US talks was held in Islamabad on March 12, but ended without reaching any results.
