Britain joins Iran’s aggressors; sending anti-drone helicopters and warships to the region
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced on his personal page on X that the UK is fully committed to the security of Cyprus and British military personnel stationed there.
He wrote, “We are continuing our defensive operations and I just spoke with the President of Cyprus to inform him that we are sending helicopters equipped with anti-drone capabilities to the region and that the HMS Dragon ship will also be deployed to seven regions.”
Starmer concluded by emphasizing: “We will always act in the interests of Britain and our allies.”
This announcement comes as tensions in the Middle East have reached their peak and Britain has effectively joined the US and Zionist regime’s offensive coalition against Iran by sending advanced military equipment to the region. British bases in Cyprus, such as Akrotiri and Dhekelia, have already played an important role in airstrikes and intelligence against Iran.
