Massive protests in Karachi, Pakistan against US attack on Iran; protesters storm US Consulate General

Thousands of Pakistani citizens took to the streets in Karachi to condemn the military aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime against Iranian soil and the martyrdom of His Highness Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

Protesters chanted slogans such as “Death to America,” “Death to Israel,” “Iran is not alone,” and “Our Leader Khamenei, may your path continue.” They expressed their anger and sympathy for the Iranian nation, and held Iranian and Palestinian flags.

After the demonstration, the angry crowd moved towards the US Consulate General in Karachi and stormed the consulate building, breaking through security barriers. Reports indicate that windows were broken, the US flag was burned, and attempts were made to enter the premises.

Pakistani security forces used tear gas and batons to disperse the protesters, but the crowd remained angry and determined.

The demonstration comes as a wave of anti-American and anti-Israeli protests is spreading in various cities in Pakistan.
