Train derails in Mexico, killing 13, injuring 98
At least 13 people have been killed and 98 injured after a passenger train derailed in the southwestern Mexican state of Oaxaca.
According to the BBC, the train, which was traveling between the Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean, had 241 passengers and nine crew members.
Local authorities announced that 36 of the injured are being treated in hospital and that an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the incident.
