Israel approves largest gas deal in history with Egypt worth $35 billion
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he had approved a natural gas export deal to Egypt worth 112 billion shekels (about $35 billion) after reviewing security considerations.
Netanyahu described the contract as the largest in Israeli history and said that about 58 billion shekels of this amount would go directly into the regime’s government coffers.
The agreement, in which gas from the Leviathan field will be supplied by the American company Chevron and Israeli partners, strengthens the Zionist regime’s position as a regional energy power and contributes to regional stability.
Netanyahu assured Israeli citizens that other good surprises are on the way.
Netanyahu and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi are expected to meet in Sharm el-Sheikh in the coming months.
