Thousands of residents of the Palestinian camp of Ain al-Hilweh in southern Lebanon participated in a large-scale march titled “March of Rage” on Wednesday, to condemn the Zionist regime’s crime of bombing a futsal hall and killing 14 civilians.
Holding Palestinian and Lebanese flags and pictures of martyrs, the protesters chanted slogans against the Zionist occupation and the massacre of defenseless people, calling for a decisive response from the resistance to this crime.
Meanwhile, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas issued an official statement strongly denying the Israeli army’s claim that the futsal hall targeted was an educational and military complex belonging to Hamas.
Hamas stressed that the site of the bombing was a public sports hall where ordinary citizens and youth from the camp were playing futsal, and that it had nothing to do with military activities.
