Jordan condemns Knesset’s approval of law to execute Palestinian prisoners
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry issued a statement today, Tuesday, condemning the final approval of the law on the execution of Palestinian prisoners in the Knesset of the Zionist regime of Israel.
Jordan called the law racist and discriminatory and considered it contrary to the rules of international law, which prohibits the exercise of sovereignty over occupied territories through imposed laws.
The statement states that this law is part of the Zionist regime’s targeted policy that targets the Palestinian people and their rights, especially the right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent state.
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities and take immediate and effective measures to prevent the implementation of this law and stop the unilateral and illegal actions and laws of the Zionist regime.
