Inauguration of the advanced “Signal Nile” system for treating bone fractures at Zabul Provincial Hospital

The “Neil” Novinsign System for treating bone fractures was officially inaugurated yesterday at the Zabul Provincial Hospital.

Dr. Mohammad Ismail Wardak, the founder of this system, along with his medical team, performed the first successful surgery using this method on a patient’s hand in the evening.

This was the first time such an advanced procedure was performed at Zabul Provincial Hospital.

Dr. Wardak announced that the “Signal Nile” system is currently active in 30 hospitals and more than 20,000 patients have been successfully treated.

He added that an orthopedic specialist has been trained for Zabol and that the services of this department are currently provided free of charge.

Hospital officials considered this move an important step in improving health services in Zabul province.
