Israeli warships and tanks shelled the coast and the Al-Mawasi area in the city of Rafah, located in the southern Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, a residential building in the Al-Jala area of Gaza City was targeted by an Israeli airstrike.
Reports indicate that the west of Gaza City has been subjected to airstrikes and the village of Al-Shuja’iyah in the east of the city has been targeted by Israeli artillery attacks.
