Following the implementation of the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, security forces affiliated with the Hamas movement have been widely deployed on the streets of the Gaza Strip.
This strong presence, described by local and international media as “alive and vibrant,” is aimed at securing the areas recently evacuated by the Israeli army and preventing any abuse.
According to news sources, Hamas has called in about 7,000 of its security forces to monitor the situation in various areas of Gaza.
These forces, who roam the streets wearing green headbands and military vehicles, are responsible for maintaining order and security.
A Zionist analyst in the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper also admitted that this deployment is a symbol of Hamas’ strength and stability as a ruling force in Gaza, even after two years of devastating war.
