According to Russian media reports, a massive fire at a gunpowder factory in the Shilovsky District of Ryazan has killed at least 20 people and injured 134, destroying several factory buildings.
According to a statement from the country’s authorities, 31 of the injured have been admitted to hospitals in Ryazan and Moscow, and 103 others are receiving outpatient treatment; rescue efforts are continuing to search for people under the rubble.
