Israeli airstrikes on Sanaa International Airport

Official Yemeni sources and various media outlets reported today (Wednesday, May 28) the Israeli regime’s airstrike on Sanaa International Airport.

Following this, the Israeli army announced in a statement that it had attacked targets in Yemen, including Sanaa Square and aircraft used by Ansarullah forces.

Al-Masirah TV channel, affiliated with the Ansar Allah movement, confirmed the attack and called it a clear aggression against Yemeni territory.

Meanwhile, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz also confirmed the attacks in a statement, saying, “We attacked targets in Yemen.”

He added that the operation is part of a strategy to counter threats to Israel from the Houthis and their supporters.

Katz added that we will place a naval and air blockade on strategic facilities belonging to the Houthis and those who support them, and we have also destroyed the last of their aircraft.

On the other hand, the regime’s Channel 12 TV reported that more than 10 fighter jets participated in the attack.
