Successful test of cruise missile from Russian nuclear submarine in Arctic waters
The Russian Ministry of National Defense announced that the Arkhangelsk nuclear submarine from the country’s northern region successfully fired a cruise missile at a coastal target during missile exercises in the Barents Sea, destroying it from a distance of more than 600 kilometers.
The test is part of Russia’s military readiness exercises in the Arctic region, where geopolitical tensions with the West remain high.
