Image of the Day NASA flies over Pluto’s large moon Charon and captures amazing images
The New Horizons robotic probe passed by Pluto at a speed of nearly 80,000 kilometers per hour, and along the way, its cameras captured detailed and amazing images of the surface of Charon, the large moon of this dwarf planet.
These images made it possible to digitally reconstruct a large part of Charon’s surface.
Your journey starts from the top of a wide gap which, according to the scientists of this valley, may have been formed due to the complete freezing of Charon in the distant past.
