Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Ankara on an official visit and is scheduled to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for peace talks between Kiev and Moscow.
At the same time, the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry says that the Russian side is ready for serious negotiations and that the purpose of Putin’s proposed negotiations in Istanbul is to remove the roots of the conflict and establish a long-term and stable peace.
