In the opening speech of the meeting of the leaders of the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf and the United States, the Saudi Crown Prince said that in this council we are working to stop the escalation of tensions in the region and in Gaza and to reach a comprehensive and permanent solution to end this conflict.
He emphasized that we encourage dialogue between the Yemeni parties and reach a comprehensive political solution, and we reiterate our support for the efforts of the Lebanese president and his government to reform the institutions and the arms monopoly in the hands of the Lebanese government.
Bin Salman added that we emphasize the importance of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria and support its government’s efforts to establish security and stability.
The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia also said that we praise the decision of the US President regarding the lifting of sanctions on Syria and we welcome the ceasefire agreement between Pakistan and India and we still hope that this will play a role in curbing tensions and returning peace between the two countries.
According to Bin Salman, Saudi Arabia is ready to continue efforts to help solve the problem of Ukraine war.
