An Israeli security source in an interview with “Yediot Aharanut” newspaper claimed that the army of this regime targeted these 3 Palestinian police forces because of their presence in the vicinity of the Zionist forces in the south of the Gaza Strip.
In its initial statement, the Ministry of Interior of the Gaza Strip confirmed the martyrdom of two members of the Gaza Police Force and said that the third person was injured.
However, Palestinian sources reported a few minutes later that the third person was also martyred due to the severity of his injuries.
The Gaza Ministry of Interior said that these 3 people were attacked while they were stationed in the “Al-Shouka” area in the south of the Gaza Strip to provide humanitarian aid.
This ministry further condemned this crime and asked the mediators of the ceasefire agreement and the international community to put pressure on the Zionist regime to stop the Israeli attacks on the Palestinian security forces.
