The Kremlin Palace has announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump had a telephone conversation on Wednesday 12th of February about ending the war in Ukraine.
The Russian state news agency Tass wrote that the presidents of the two countries agreed to meet in the future and Mr. Putin invited Trump to visit Moscow.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also said that Putin and Trump also discussed the situation in the Middle East, bilateral relations and the exchange of prisoners.
