Secretary General of NATO, since the beginning of the conflict, one million people have lost their lives in Ukraine

“More than one million people have lost their lives since February 2022,” Mark Rutte said at a conference in Brussels, warning of the possibility of similar incidents occurring in NATO territory.

Donald Trump, the president-elect of the United States of America, previously estimated the casualties of the Ukrainian forces at around 400,000 people, to which the Kremlin responded by announcing that the casualties in Kiev were several times this number.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported yesterday that the number of dead Ukrainian soldiers in the Kursk region alone has exceeded 40,000.
