The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar says: The failure of the Security Council to approve the draft resolution on Palestine’s full membership in the United Nations has once again exposed the inability of this Council to fulfill its role and responsibility in the framework of maintaining international peace and security, especially in the shadow of the brutal war against the Gaza Strip. A war that has led to the world’s worst humanitarian crisis in the 21st century.
