Unews: Tehran threatens Damascus with targeting 100 strategic points if it intervenes in Lebanon

The Lebanese news agency Uninews claimed in an exclusive report that Tehran has sent direct messages to Damascus and a number of regional capitals warning against any Syrian intervention in Lebanon.

Based on this report, Iran has informed Turkey, Iraq, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia that any Syrian military action against Hezbollah could lead to a widespread regional conflict on Syrian soil.

Uninews added that the warning message, which was transmitted to Damascus via Turkey, stated that Iran’s missile response could include targeting more than 100 strategic targets, including the Syrian presidential palace.
