The Russian Ministry of National Defense has announced that its forces have carried out widespread attacks against military industrial facilities, fuel and energy infrastructure, and military airfields in Ukraine, using long-range precision missiles and attack drones.
According to the ministry, the targets of these attacks were located in the city of Kiev and the regions of Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Kiev.
The Russian Defense Ministry has emphasized that the strikes were carried out in response to Ukrainian attacks on civilian infrastructure on Russian territory.
