Afghan Minister of Higher Education meets with Iranian Ambassador, emphasizes expansion of scientific cooperation

The Ministry of Higher Education has announced that Minister of Higher Education Neda Mohammad Nadim met with Ali Reza Bekdali, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kabul, and discussed expanding scientific and educational cooperation between the two countries.

According to the ministry, Neda Mohammad Nadeem stated in this meeting that Afghanistan and Iran, as two neighboring countries, need constructive cooperation and interaction with each other.

He also emphasized the importance of exchanging scientific experiences between the two countries and assured the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education of its readiness to develop and expand scientific relations with Iran.

Meanwhile, Ali Reza Bekdali, the Iranian ambassador to Kabul, has appreciated Afghanistan’s recent stance towards Iran and announced his country’s readiness to develop academic relations, scientific cooperation, and exchange experiences with the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education.
