Pakistani airstrikes in Khost and Kunar: Reports of civilians martyred and injured

Local sources have reported that a number of civilians have been martyred and injured following Pakistani army airstrikes in Khost and Kunar provinces.

According to initial information, at around 12:20 PM, the “Mane Kali” area in the Sepira district of Khost province was targeted by an airstrike; according to sources, the residential house of a local resident was targeted in this attack and two houses were completely destroyed.

Sources added that so far the bodies of six people, including a woman and five children, have been pulled from the rubble; an elderly man and seven other children have also been injured.

According to local residents, it is possible that other people are still trapped under the rubble and the search operation is still ongoing.

At the same time, reports of an airstrike in Sheltan district of Kunar province have also been published. According to these reports, one child was killed and two children and a woman were injured in this incident, and a residential house was also destroyed as a result of the attack.

So far, officials have not commented on the details of these attacks and the final casualty figures.
