Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budris, in an interview with a Swiss newspaper, has called on NATO to demonstrate its ability to target Russian bases in the Kaliningrad region.
He has said that NATO has the necessary tools to destroy Russian bases in the region.
Kaliningrad, a strategic Russian region on the Baltic Sea, has become a flashpoint for tension between Russia and NATO member states in recent years.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin had previously warned that any threat or possible blockade of Kaliningrad could lead to an unprecedented escalation of tensions.
