Hanafi: A sub-channel is being built from Qosh Tepe to transport water to the city of Sheberghan

Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Deputy Minister of Administration, met with local officials, scholars, and residents during a trip to Qush Tapa district of Jawzjan province and emphasized addressing the problems of the people.

He paid tribute to the sacrifices of the people by attending the martyrs’ area of ​​”Chaharsai” and, in a meeting with residents of Qosh Tepe and Darzab districts, emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity for maintaining the stability and progress of the country.

Mr. Hanafi also announced the start of new development projects and announced that a branch canal from the Qosh Tepe Canal will be built to transfer agricultural and drinking water to the city of Sheberghan.

Local residents welcomed the visit and expressed satisfaction with the improved security, the start of road construction, and development programs, and emphasized their support for the system.
