Mujahideen : The special circle in Pakistan should not dream of dominating the Islamic Emirate

Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, claimed in an interview published on Thursday that a certain circle in Pakistan has launched a new conspiracy against Afghanistan, possibly to fulfill the goals of foreign powers or with the aim of dominating the Islamic Emirate.

Mujahid said that Pakistan’s recent attacks on Afghanistan may be related to the US raising the issue of Bagram base.

He added: “A certain circle that rules and has power in the army may think that Afghanistan should have acted according to its will and that its politics should be under its influence. When this did not happen and Afghanistan became independent, they hatched a conspiracy.”

The spokesman for the Islamic Emirate emphasized: “This is not in anyone’s interest. This dream of theirs is wrong. They will neither succeed in becoming a tool for foreigners, nor will they be able to dominate the independent system that the Islamic Emirate has.”

Mujahid considered the TTP issue to be Pakistan’s internal problem and said that the group controls areas in Pakistan.

He added that the people who have migrated to Afghanistan are Pashtuns who have sought refuge due to Pakistani army operations and that the Islamic Emirate has transferred them from near the supposed Durand Line to other areas, and there are no armed individuals among them.

Based on its policy, the Islamic Emirate does not allow the use of Afghan soil against the security of other countries.

Pakistani officials have consistently claimed that militant attacks in Pakistan are orchestrated from Afghan soil. These claims led to Pakistani attacks inside Afghanistan and deadly border clashes in October.
