Iran sends first shipment of humanitarian aid to earthquake victims in Kholm, Samangan

Following the recent earthquake in Kholm district of Samangan province, the Islamic Republic of Iran donated its first shipment of humanitarian aid, including 26 items of medicine and tents, to local authorities in Samangan.

The Iranian Consul General in Mazar-e-Sharif, along with his accompanying delegation, traveled to Kholm district and expressed sympathy with the people of the country, emphasizing the continuation of comprehensive cooperation and sending more aid if needed.

Local officials and residents of Samangan welcomed this humanitarian aid and called for more cooperation from charitable individuals and non-governmental organizations
