Russia claims to have shot down 151 Ukrainian drones in at night
The RIA Novosti news agency, citing the Russian Ministry of Defense, reported that the country’s air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 151 Ukrainian drones over various regions of Russia last night, including Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, and Kursk.
The report comes as the war between Russia and Ukraine continues, with both sides increasing drone and missile attacks against each other’s positions and targets.
US President Donald Trump had previously promised that he could end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours if he returned to the White House; however, the war continues and efforts to reach a peace agreement have not yet led to an end to the conflict.
