The office of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Musa Shabbiri Zanjani has announced that this Shiite religious authority passed away on Sunday (19th of September ) in the city of Qom, Iran.
Shubeiri Zanjani had been hospitalized since Friday due to health problems. He was born on the 11th of February 1927.
After the death of Mohammad Ali Araki in 1994, the Qom Seminary Teachers’ Association introduced Shubayri Zanjani among its seven approved religious authorities.
