Spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate: Pakistan bombed civilian positions in Kunar and Paktika

Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, has issued a press release announcing that Pakistani military forces once again carried out airstrikes in parts of Kunar and Paktika last night.

According to Mujahid, one woman and two men were killed and two other women and two men were wounded in the attack in Kunar; he emphasized that the victims were local civilians.

He added that a house and a local shop were also targeted in Paktika, but no casualties were reported in this incident.

The spokesman for the Islamic Emirate called these attacks “aggression” and “oppression” and said that he condemns the repetition of such events. He also emphasized that these actions are being taken to distract public opinion from security failures inside Pakistan, adding that Afghanistan will respond to these attacks.
