China’s Ministry of Commerce has announced that it will extend anti-dumping tariffs on imports of single-mode optical fiber from India for another five years.
Reuters reported that the decision was made after a year-long review, and that China’s Ministry of Commerce concluded that lifting the measures could lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the country’s domestic optical fiber industry.
The tariffs will be in effect for another five-year period starting Friday.
