The Israeli TV channel 12 reported that the regime’s security institutions have examined the issue of withdrawing Israeli army forces from some positions under their control in the Gaza Strip and handing these positions over to international forces.
An Israeli security official told the network that the US “has not left Israel with many options” and is pushing Tel Aviv towards “a problem in Gaza.”
However, the official did not provide details about the locations from which the Israeli forces are likely to withdraw or the possible timing of this action.
