Majid Al-Ansari, spokesman for the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that the country’s intensive consultations to reduce tensions in the region are continuing and diplomacy remains a priority.
He said that no final agreement has been reached between the parties involved so far, and Doha’s main focus in the current situation is on opening the Strait of Hormuz and establishing diplomatic channels for crisis management.
The spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry emphasized that the goal of these efforts is to return the parties to the path of dialogue and de-escalation in the region.
