Trump mocks New York Times reporter over war crimes question
US President Donald Trump declined to give a direct answer to a reporter’s question about attacks on civilian power plants and bridges and whether he considered such actions to be war crimes.
The reporter asked Trump for his opinion, noting that much of the world considers these actions to be war crimes, but he asked which media outlet the reporter was from.
After introducing his reporter from the New York Times, Trump said, “I would have guessed the New York Times was going bankrupt.”
